The Difficulties
Here are the main difficulties that we face throughout this project:
# Problems in finding the interviewees.
# Not all the interviewees had enough time to meet with us so we used Skype.
# We had some difficulties in writing the insight.
# We had some problems with timing but we managed it.
~ However, the most enjoyable part was making the journey map !!!
